• Extensive database of pre-selected, properly assessed, qualified and IMO STCW Code certified seafarers
• Rigorous review of seafarers’ documents 
• Verification of COC and STCW crew certificates 
• Visa/travel/training courses arrangements
• Test programs: Marlins Test, CES 4.1., English language proficiency test
• Medical and alcohol/drug screening program is compulsory for all our employees
